Our exciting new
3,000 square foot Community Center is named in honor of Baytown
native son and former Houston mayor BOB LANIER. Mayor Lanier has been a signal
contributor to the development of affordable housing for seniors in the
Houston metropolitan area, and we are proud to honor him in the building
which will become the heart of our community. |

Our reception and leasing offices are
conveniently located in the front of the Community Center, just to the
right as you enter the Atrium from our covered portico. Visitors can meet
our property manager and find out all the exciting things available to
residents at Birdsong Place Villas.
Residents will always find a welcome from our friendly management staff,
ready to help make their life in our community vibrant and interesting
every day. |

The Community Center is the heart of our community at
Birdsong Place Villas. Visitors enter
from Birdsong Drive, under our covered portico into our Atrium. Residents
may come to the Community Center along covered breezeways from each of the
residence buildings. No need for the weather to keep our residents from
enjoying all the facilities available to them every day, without ever
needing to go out our security gates. |

The Computer and Business Center combines all
the latest computer technology with the easy-to-use copy and fax
facilities. Here residents may take one of our computer courses, or simply
learn how to do email, to keep in touch with families and friends across
the country. Our simple email system will be easy to learn and easy to
use. On site staff will be available on a regularly scheduled basis to
assist residents to "come into the computer age" with ease, and have a
great time doing it! |

The spacious Great Room in our Community
Center will be the setting for most of the excitement at
Birdsong Place Villas. Our large
screen television will be perfect for movie afternoons or evenings - and
for those special events we all enjoy. Here we will enjoy monthly birthday
parties for residents and regular pot-luck dinners and gatherings for
special occasions. Many residents may enjoy simply sitting at the tables
and visiting. A full service kitchen with a pass-through bar makes our
community room into a convenient dining area to enjoy food and fellowship. |

Just off the Atrium Entrance is our private
Consultation Room - perfect for those times when medical professionals
will be able for blood pressure monitoring and other simple screening
procedures. Here, too, residents may meet privately, if they choose, with
any providers who come to share their services and advice with residents. |

In our new Health and Fitness Center,
residents will have access to simple devices to help them exercise and
keep fit. Nothing too strenuous, though; our equipment will be just
perfect for seniors who understand the importance to regular exercise in
order to keep their bodies in the best shape possible. |

Often new residents bring along family members
to see all the excitement of life at Birdsong
Place Villas. This intimate Family Conference Room will be
perfect for new residents and their families to meet with our staff and
complete their application process in comfort and ease. This room will be
available for other types of small conferences involving our staff and
residents. |

This large Library and Game/Card Room provides
residents a quiet corner to read, play card or board games, and just relax
in the comfortable chairs - a "living room away from home", so to speak.
This room is one of the most popular spots in our beautiful Community
Center; here you can always find a good friend - or a good book - to pass
the time. |
